Hermes Plumeria · last updated 7 November 2026
Hermes Plumeria is a private software application operated by, and for, a single individual: TC. It is not offered to the public, has no registration, and no third party is entitled to use it. These terms exist to state that plainly.
Nothing here constitutes an offer of service to anyone else. No warranty, support commitment, service level, availability guarantee or fitness for any particular purpose is given, express or implied. The software is provided as-is, for personal use.
The assistant accesses Google account data only with the account owner's authorisation, and only to perform tasks the owner requests. The owner may revoke that authorisation at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which ends all access immediately.
The owner is responsible for the accuracy of anything the assistant produces, and reviews outgoing correspondence before it is sent. Automated output is a draft, not a decision.
Handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of the assistant. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, though those rights do not arise here because no consumer service is supplied.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
